Once the energy of the holiday season wears off, many of us are left feeling disappointed  with ourselves, and lose the motivation to take better care of our bodies. I’m not a nutritionist, but I do have personal experience as well as training that will help you learn to eat more intuitively. In this hour and a half workshop, we will go over the difference in being hungry in our heads, and hungry in our bodies. We will talk about why so many people eat when they are not actually hungry, and how to work through and break the habit of emotional eating. 

It’s not about being “good” or “bad” when it comes to food. It’s about listening to our bodies, and creating the desire to take better care of ourselves. If you need a little help with learning to eat when you’re hungry, and not when you aren’t, sign up today!
